What can be returned/replaced?

• Wrong or Expired Products: Received the wrong product or one that's expired? We'll take care of it! Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged or Missing Products: Did your package arrive damaged or missing items? Notify us within 2 days of delivery for a swift resolution.

How to initiate a return/replacement:

2. Provide these details:
   • Order number
   • Contact information

3. Our Review: We'll review your request within 2 business days.
4. Return Process:
   • Our Pickup (if available): If our reverse pickup service is available in your area, we'll arrange a convenient pickup.
   • Self-Shipment (if pickup unavailable): If pickup isn't an option, you can self-ship the product(s) using a reliable courier of your choice. We'll reimburse your reasonable courier charges.
   • Verification and Action: Once we receive the returned product(s), we'll verify the claim and initiate either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.

What can't be returned/replaced?

• Opened, used, or altered products. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for products that have been tampered with or show signs of use.
• Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.). Please keep the original packaging for a smooth return.
• Return/replacement requests made after 7 days from the delivery date for wrong/expired products.
• Damage/missing product claims reported after 2 days from the delivery.
